What should you expect from a counselling session?
You can expect to be offered a safe and confidential environment where you can discuss your concerns without judgement.
Counselling sessions are generally one hour in duration and can help you to:
·Gain understanding about the difficulties you may be facing in your life
·Support you to find ways to improve your personal, relationship or life challenges
·Help you work towards greater wellbeing and self-awareness
EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing also available
Flexible Appointment Times
Counselling sessions can be provided weekdays and evenings
Times vary depending on availability. Waiting lists may apply, although I will endeavour to meet your requirements where I can.
Please note: 24 hours notice required when cancelling or rescheduling appointments to avoid cancellation fee.

From $165 per hour (inc GST) - individual session
$220 per hour (inc GST)- couples and family session
Bulk billing available for Concession Card holders
Medicare rebates available with a Better Access Mental Health Care Plan
Bulk billing and low fee rates for Health Care Card holders (limited availability)
